Job13.com is a multi industry Jobs marketplace that brings all stakeholders in the recruitment business, viz. Job Seekers, Employers and Recruiters into a single networked platform to offer a win-win solution to all in a way that allows them to achieve their recruitment business goals optimally.

Job Seekers can post their Resumes on Job13 for free and find matching jobs sent to them on a continuous basis into their own personal account on Job13.com. From this personal account Job seekers can make their choices and manage their recruitment process from the point they receive matching job posts to short listing through to receiving interview calls.

Apart from this Job13 has a Social Networking platform which allows Job seekers to network with other people with a view to enhance their Career opportunities through peer to peer networking. The networking platform has in it features such as Friends Lists, Address Book, Message box, Photo Gallery, What’s up messaging and various other tools that let registered members network, make new friends and stay connected in the online world.

Job13.com has a dedicated section for Employers to let them register on the site to access the recruitment services. This paid service for Employers allow them to maintain their own account on Job13.com and upload their Job Posts to start their Online Recruitment Process. Within the Employer’s Account, each registered employer can upload multiple Job Posts and receive responses from Job Seekers. This start to finish online system allows Employers to conduct their entire recruitment online, right from short listing the suitable candidates to sending them interview calls and finalizing the right candidates with minimal effort.

Job13.com is an Online Service that is part of ValYouCorp Networks (I) Pvt. Ltd. ValYouCorp Networks (www.valyoucorp.com) manages multiple Online Properties in a seamless integrated network, with the prime objective of offering its consumers, services at competitive prices using Internet technology and processes that subsidizes cost of operations in new ways, in which the Internet medium makes it possible. ValYouCorp also operates its Integrated Network Ad management system, ValYouAds (www.valyouads.com) across multiple Online Network Properties to provide a more effective and high ROI solution to buy and sell Advertising Inventory.

ValYouCorp Networks reserves the right, to change/modify this website or terminate its service or transfer the rights of ownership to any third party to run/manage this website and therewith all the content, user information and other related information and also modify the Terms of Service at any time in the future at its sole discretion without providing any advance notice in any form. The Modified Terms of Service will however be published on this page with the effective date, for your perusal. By continuing to use this website, after such changes are made, which in effect means your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Members who are older than 13 years of age are only allowed to become members. To become a member, a user has to register him/herself on this website or any of the other sites in the ValYouCorp Network. By voluntarily registering on any of the sites that is part of ValYouCorp Network, a user warrants that he/she is older than 13 years of age and has the ability/intelligence to understand the Terms of Service of ValYouCorp Network.

To register as a member, the user will have to provide his/her e-mail id (which will be treated as his login user name). The user will also have to provide a secret password. With the Username and Password the user will be able to login into this site and avail of the services. The same Username and Password can then be used to login into other sites in the ValYouCorp Network.

The user agrees to provide his true and accurate information and complete the registration information to become a ValYouCorp Network Member.

By registering on this website and by viewing the pages or by using the various services on this website or on any other sites in the ValYouCorp Network, the user now becomes a “registered member” of ValYouCorp Network. The user now agrees to be legally bound by this agreement with ValYouCorp Networks India Pvt. Ltd.

Please do read this Terms of Services carefully before you agree to register yourself as a member of ValYouCorp Network. By becoming a member you agree that you have fully read the Terms of Service and agree to all the conditions of this User Agreement.

The user will have to keep his/her login information confidential and secure, to prevent unauthorized access by third party into the User Account. ValYouCorp Network will not be responsible for third party accessing the User Account and theft of information etc, as a result of irresponsible usage of user’s login details.

ValYouCorp Network reserves the right of admission of members on any/all site in the network. Upon Registration, every membership is subject to approval by ValYouCorp Network. ValYouCorp Networks reserves the rights to reject any membership without assigning any reasons for such rejection. No intimation will be provided to Customers whose membership is rejected. Customers whose membership is approved can use the services on any/all the sites in ValYouCorp Network so long as their membership is valid. ValYouCorp Network reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member at any point without assigning any reasons for doing so.

Members hereby agree that:

They will take full responsibility for the authenticity and correctness of the content they upload, including information pertaining to themselves as part of their Profile, Photographs etc.
They will not upload content that could be objectionable, illegal, obscene, abusive, pornographic, blasphemous or racial in nature or in violation of any intellectual property rights of third party.
ValYouCorp Networks reserves the right, but is not obliged, to modify the content uploaded by you, or delete the content or even delete your membership under critical circumstances, without assigning any reasons for doing so.
They refrain from using the ValYouCorp Network sites in any way that causes discomfort or inconvenience for other members, including resorting to Spam, posting unsolicited messages, initiating chain letters and such other malpractices.
They refrain from posting content for which they do not have the rights of distribution. In the event of such actions ValYouCorp Networks or any of the Network sites will not be responsible to neither the member who has posted such content nor to the third party who is the rightful owner of the content.
They refrain from any activity that goes against this Terms of Service Agreement.
They will make the necessary payments due to them again the paid services opted for by them within the stipulated time.
Will ensure that as a Buyer of Products/Services on the Network, make payments on time as per the obligation and terms of purchase.
Will ensure that as a Seller of Products/Services on the Network abide by the Seller Agreements and obligation towards the buyer. Sellers agree that they will refrain from activities that are intended to mislead and swindle buyers in any way. Sellers agree that they will uphold their commitment to deliver the Products/Services as promised to the buyers.
They will not post false, inaccurate or defamatory content or resort to activity which attempts to alter the Customer Reviews and Feedback Rating systems or alter the views and opinions of members in the Discussion forums or Membership clubs.
They will not transfer their account to a third party or multiple parties by revealing the login username and password.
They will not resort to activities that can directly or indirectly disrupt the Privacy of other registered members in the Social Network.
Collect and harvest any privilege information of any other members on any of the sites in the ValYouCorp Network.
Copy and redistribute the Content on any of the sites on ValYouCorp Network.
They will not resort to any activity that will interfere with the working of the sites in the ValYouCorp Network.

ValYouCorp Network offers various paid services that allow members to opt for as part of the offerings of different sites in ValYouCorp Network. Paid users agree that by subscribing to the paid services of ValYouCorp Network, they agree to pay the recurring monthly/pay-per-usage fees as they become due along with taxes if any as applicable as specified at the time of subscribing to these paid services. Further Members also agree that in case of delay or default of payment the member will reimburse ValYouCorp Networks of any payment collection fees or interest on unpaid amounts or any other amount that is overdue.

ValYouCorp Network sites has in it content of various types including text, images, flash animations, audio and video clips and other types content – all of which is copyright protected property of ValYouCorp Network or the individual network sites or its partners or the respective owners. Unauthorized copying, reproduction of the content without permission of ValYouCorp Networks is prohibited.

ValYouCorp Networks offers services like Forums, Blogs, Chatrooms, Information sharing mechanisms where users can post or upload their views, comments, ideas and creations in the form of photographs, illustrations, videos or other media files such as ppt, flash or excel files. ValYouCorp Networks disclaims its responsibility to check the authenticity or the ownership rights of such information uploaded by members. Similarly ValYouCorp Network or any of its network sites do not guarantee that other members may not use the information uploaded by Users. Members agree that they will need to be personally responsible for the information that they upload/share. Members agree that they refrain from uploading/sharing information that is confidential in nature. ValYouCorp Network will not be responsible for such intellectual property infringement/misuse or mis-appropriation of content and information uploaded by members using the services on various ValYouCorp Network sites.

While every attempt has been made to make the website free of Content Errors and other Software errors, ValYouCorp Network does not guarantee that this website or other services in ValYouCorp Network is free of content errors or other software bugs that can lead to data corruption, display errors, or virus or damages due to malicious programs. By using this website, the user is fully aware of the consequences and will not be in a position to make this site or ValYouCorp Network or any other third party held liable for any damages that may occur to the user either out of direct or indirect usage of this website or other Services in ValYouCorp Network. The user agrees to indemnify and hold ValYouCorp Networks harmless against consequential damages, financial losses caused to the user or any other third party directly or indirectly though usage of this site or failure to comply with this agreement or any other violation through usage or non-usage of any of the services offered on this site or any of the other sites of ValYouCorp Network.

As a registered member the user agree to comply by all applicable laws both domestic and international related to regulations, contacts, licenses or any other legal ordinances related to usages of the services on this site or on the rest of the sites that is part of ValYouCorp Network.

ValYouCorp Network disclaims responsible towards the deeds and actions or conduct of any of the registered members on this website or any other sites in the ValYouCorp Network. ValYouCorp Network disclaims its responsibility to verify the identity of any person registering on this site or any of the other sites on ValYouCorp Network, nor details pertaining to the authenticity of the content posted by them.

ValYouCorp Network does not guarantee the uninterrupted functioning of the Services that it offers or shortcomings or limitations in its functioning. Services may be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons and ValYouCorp Networks with not be liable for any damages caused to its members due to termination of services.

In the context of Paid Services ValYouCorp Networks or any of its sites or subsidiary companies, employees, shareholders or directors, will not be liable for damages in excess of twice the value of the most recent monthly payment made as part of premium account services, in case of termination of services by any of the sites that is part of ValYouCorp Networks. ValYouCorp Network disclaims responsibility towards any other direct or indirect consequential damages, loss of opportunity/revenue/data or information to the member or any other third party arising out of termination of services.

All communication from ValYouCorp Networks and any of its Network Websites to its users will usually be in digital (electronic) format. This means that the information we put up on the websites or notices that we upload on the site, or e-mails that we send to users are electronic means of communication.

Users hereby agree that such methods of electronic communication pertaining to Terms of Usage, Policy Notices, and other agreements and electronic communications are sufficient to make this a Legally Binding Agreement.

ValYouCorp Network reserves the right to run its business in any which way it chooses to operate. This means that, with a view to render its services to its customers, ValYouCorp Ventures or any of its network sites may enter into strategic alliances with other companies or group of companies, associates, business partners to form consortiums or outsource part of its business or in whole to any third party and continue to run its operation as ValYouCorp Network deems fit.

This Terms of Service agreement does not intend to create any kind of business partnership or relationship such as Agent, Joint venture, franchisee, affiliate or employee with users of the site.

Any users may choose to terminate his membership on any or all the sites on ValYouCorp Network at any time. The provision to do the same is available on each of the individual sites in the ValYouCorp Network and is at the willful discretion of the user. Once a Membership is deleted from any of the Sites in the Network, all information pertaining to the user will be deactivated and the said action will then be irreversible. ValYouCorp Network has no role to play in the cancellation process of any user's registration. No fee refund will be applicable in case of Cancellation of membership.

ValYouCorp Networks takes Privacy of its registered members very seriously.

By providing your “personal data” as an optional choice you expressly consent to let us store this data and use it in ways to offer the services as part of various sites within ValYouCorp Network.

No part of this “personal data” provided by you at the time of registration will be sold to third party or used in any way that can isolate a member out of a data group and identity him/her as an individual.

Personal data collected includes data such as your e-mail id, password, gender, age, date of birth, contact numbers, country, location, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, education, salary details, employment details provided by you at the time of registration on this site or any other site within ValYouCorp Network.
You can add further personal data such as your photographs, personal profile. professional profile, and also details of your personals contacts.

You can modify, your personal information at any time from your own personal login account.
You can set your custom preferences pertaining to privacy of certain personal information – For E.g. Who should and who shouldn’t view your Personal profile, Photo Gallery etc.
You can set your preferences pertaining to e-mail message alerts received from each of the individual sites in the network upon subscription to specific services within these sites.
Cancel your membership and delete your personal information from this site and all other sites in ValYouCorp Network at any time.

As part of Networking services some sites in the ValYouCorp Network will require some of your personal information revealed to third party on a ‘need to know’ basis as and when such requests for such services are initiated by you. For E.g. If you decide to invite a ‘non-member’ to join your friends list, your ‘personal data’ such as your name and e-mail id will have to be revealed to the new person (non-member) who you want to invite, with a view to let the non-member accept your invitation. Such emails initiated by you will also provide certain information about your friend’s network without revealing contact details of each of the individuals in your network. Also if another existing member and you mutually decide to network with each other, your mutual personal information such as name and email will be shared between the two. Rest of your personal information will be shared with such new contacts only as per the privacy preferences set by you.

ValYouCorp Network has a restrictive policy when it comes to disclosing personal Information of its members and the Private communication they have with their friends by disallowing Search Engines to crawl any of the user's personal pages. This ensures that Private communication and information is safeguarded from getting exposed on general Search Engine Indexing. However a basic Page will be allowed with just the Name and a Photograph of each member for the purpose of Search Engine indexing, with a view to allow for members to be found by others – but only if they want to. However, this basic page will not allow the visitor to get additional access to information of the member without the member’s permission.

ValYouCorp Networks has zero tolerance for spam. Members are required to set their mailing preferences as per their choice to help us reach you through e-mail exactly as you prefer it.

Several applications that are part of ValYouCorp Network related to Social Networking such as Friendship Request, Friendship approvals, Address book Private Messages, Photo Tagging, Wall Messages, Birthday alerts and others related to specific site features such as New Review Postings, New Discussion Forum Topic Postings, Buyer and Seller Matches, New Enquiries etc. allow for mail alerts to be sent to users to inform them about such events pertaining to the working of these services. Users however can set their custom preferences towards such e-mail alerts while they continue to use these services.

ValYouCorp Networks may sent you other e-mails pertaining to promotions and offers from the network sites or those pertaining to Advertisers and Sponsors. These offers are sent to Members who have opted for email alerts of such promotional offers. Members are free to unsubscribe at any time from such promotional offers and they will instantly cease to receive such email promotional offers. Further Members can then resubscribe for such offers any time in the future if they want to start receiving e-mail offers.

ValYouCorp Networks or any of the sites in the Network will not be responsible towards the Privacy of information members disclose on their own to third party through any of the Social Networking or Business Applications such as Reviews, Discussion Forums, or Personal Profile forms, or Business Profile Forms. If such information is disclosed, to visitors on the site, the norms as outlined in this Privacy Policy will not hold valid.

Some part of customer data may be shared with third party on a need to know basis. For e.g. certain information such as Name, Address etc. will have to be shared with Payment Gateway Partners with a view to complete credit card payment transactions. Similarly Service Providers and affiliate Partners who we work with based on binding contracts may need to get access to certain personal information, to enable them to execute the roles and responsibilities assigned to them related to the operations required to render the services offered by ValYouCorp Network or any of its network sites.
